The Triple Maria Clear – Jellyfish is a common summertime jellyfish that is easily recognized by its obvious tentacles. These tentacles are usually 2-3 times as long as the bell, which is typically clear to whitish in color. The bell is also disc-shaped and usually about the size of a dinner plate. As with most jellyfish, the Triple Maria Clear – Jellyfish is mostly composed of water and does not have a brain or central nervous system. Despite this, they are still able to sting humans if they come into contact with them.
