Damaged Glass Items:

For items made of glass that arrive broken, we only require visual evidence in the form of pictures. There is no need to return the broken item. We discourage any attempt to handle or repair the glass for safety reasons. A replacement will be promptly dispatched to you at no additional cost. Kindly share photographs of the damaged item while it is still in its original packaging.

Return Process and Inspection:

Upon receiving the returned item(s), our dedicated team will meticulously inspect them to ensure they align with our refund or exchange criteria. It is imperative to note that any tampering or alteration of the returned items may impact their eligibility for replacement or refund. Our team reserves the right to define and regulate returns based on our expert discretion.

Store Credit and Refunds:

Returned items will be converted into store credit, minus any applicable shipping fees. These credits hold the value of future purchases made on our platform. Following the inspection and approval of your return, you can anticipate your refund to be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

In the event of Refused and Returned to Sender orders, we will deduct shipping charges before issuing store credit.
